Today we’re checking out a duplex (well, sorta, it’s a single-family residence with an additional unit) in Beverly Hills, 90210 – Los Angeles’s most famous zip code.
The main residence is an historic 2/2 on 122 feet of frontage, a rarity in LA at this price point. The guest unit is a 1/1 attached to the garage and completely separate from the house. This is what I consider a “lifestyle house hack,” less a means to live for free or start a portfolio, and more a smart option to live luxuriously for a fraction of what your neighbors are paying.
